Production starts with the preparation of the raw materials.We closely respect the European standards and the HACCP laws to ensure an excellent product
A chemical check and a revision of the salt level and of the Ph, guarantees optimal conditions for the conservation of the product.
The products are prepared, packed and finally pasteurised. This process is always supervised by monitoring the temperature and checking the pasteurization.
Microbiological and chemical analysis are made when the raw materials come into the laboratories to guarantee the consumers' safety and the quality of the product. By respecting the hygiene laws with regards to the storing of raw materials at every stage of production, we ensure a high level of safety of our products.
